Your printed drinking bottle will be sent from the sustainable distribution center Fulfilly. If you place an order before 22:00, the package will be on the doormat the next day. Exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt. For this you must send an email to info@vannbottles.nl, so that we are aware of your return shipment. After receipt you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. After that, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note: this only applies to unprinted bottles.
