Delivery and contacting VANN Bottles

If you order from VANN Bottles on working days before 22:00, you will receive the drinking bottle for adults the next working day. Your package will be shipped from the sustainable distribution center of Fulfilly. Are you not satisfied and would you like to return or exchange the order? This is possible within 14 days. To do so, send an email to info@vannbottles.nl and let us know which vacuum flask(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will refund the amount to your account within 5 working days of receipt. Please note that printed drinking bottles cannot be exchanged or returned.
