You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to info@vannbottles.nl to register your return, so that we know that your package is on its way. Please also let us know in the email if you want to exchange your item or if you would like the purchase amount refunded. Items must be returned in their original condition. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation and your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
